Navigating the Journey with Our ACT Approach

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based approach to reduce overwhelm and feelings of hopelessness. We will support you to unravel your stresses so that you can free up energy and focus on what truly matters to you, and help you make choices that align with your values  despite the challenges you may be facing.

We understand that being a parent can be difficult. And we are here to provide you with the resources, tools and support you need to manage the challenges that come with parenting. Let us help you create a more nurturing and supportive environment for your child.

The Expertise of Parent Support Project

At Parent Support Project, we understand the unique challenges families face when dealing with behavior problems in the home. Our founder and director, Larissa Koutakos, began her career working with adults with ASD and has since gained years of experience providing effective solutions for families struggling with difficult behaviors. We utilize evidence-based practices to create customized plans that empower parents to overcome obstacles and create a peaceful, happy household.
